Shirguruch(Cream of rice)


This meal is just perfect for the breakfast. It is easy to make and healthy. Just you have to get up 30 min earlier:)
Ingredients for 4 serving:
1 liter of full fat milk( You can also use low fat)
200 gr of rice washed
Salt
Honey or sugar as taste
Butter 4 tbsp
Heat up milk and add washed rice in it, stir until it comes to boil. Then reduce the heat and cover your pan. Stir time to time and cook until rice is finely cooked, and porridge is thick. Take from heat, add in salt, mix well. Serve with a half tbsp (or to your taste) honey or sugar, and 1 tbsp of butter. I usually use honey instead of sugar, it is healthy and natural sweetener:)

  2. Hi Malika. You said to use 4 tbsps of butter in the beginning, but where do you the other 3 tbsps of it? You used only 1 tbsp at the end.
