"National Dishes From Around The World" an e-book with my recipe in it!

    Very intersting blog! I spent some time in Uzbekistan many years ago and loved the food. Look forward to trying some of the recipes. Thank you for posting them.

  9. There are some interesting points at some point in this post but I do not know if they all center to heart.   15. Looking at the comments I get from 2021 - thank you all for being concerned why I am not posting anymore recipes.
    As I was busy promoting a new field in Central Asia - Responsible and sustainable business practices and Corporate Social Responsibility, I do not have much time for my cooking blog.
    I understand that today there are other popular online platforms preferred by majority. Who knows, maybe I will start running an Instagram channel on Uzbek cuisine) I will let you know of course.

    In the meantime, I want to thank each of you for being with me all these time.
