Shirchoy (tea with milk)


This kind of tea is good in the morning for the breakfast. It is good with sandwiches with cheese, tomato and cucumber, or anything you want to eat with:)
You will need:
Black tea
300gr water
300gr milk
Just small pinch of salt
Sugar to your taste
Put 2tsp of black tea in the pot.Boil the water, pour it in pot. Wait 4-5 min. Then add salt and sugar. Boil milk, pour it on tea. Stir well, and enjoy:)
I usually use my tea infuser, just to get rid of the tea leaves. In this case you can enjoy your tea to the last drop:)
