To people who want to try uzbek cooking

Hi to everyone who ever heard about uzbek cooking:) Maybe you know that uzbek cuisine is very popular among other cuisines of Central Asian countries. For example you probably heard about pilav, somsa and manti. There are many ways of preparing food in our cuisine, like frying, boiling, steaming and we have so many variates of meals. And they are so delicious, once you try them you will fell in love with uzbek cuisine for the rest of your life:) My aim is to introduce you our cuisine, and I hope you will like it. As everyone who tried my food, you will enjoy them, but there is one thing- you MUST prepare them with LOVE :) This is my secret ingredient.
